1. Acceptance

By using Grimm Bot ("the Bot") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or this site.

2. What the Bot Does

Grimm Bot is a fan-made Discord bot and companion web interface for the Vast Grimm tabletop RPG. It provides character generation, tracking, and management tools for personal and group play.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use the Bot. You must be of the minimum age required by Discord in your country.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the Bot or the website.
• Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' character data.

5. Data

Character data you create is stored on the Bot's server and associated with your Discord user ID and the Discord server (guild) where it was created. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability

Grimm Bot is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime or continued availability. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Grimm Bot is an independent production by Dagamant. It is not affiliated with Creature Curation. It is published under the Vast Grimm Third Party License. Vast Grimm and all associated content are the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
